We must receive the herb at our address, unopened and in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge. Your refund will be reduced by any coupon and/or discount used, and if a free shipping offer was used, the cost of shipping will be applied. You can exchange for other items of equal or greater value with no restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded. Returns or Exchanges are not accepted after the event date.
